Nat McLay stands as a distinguished Senior Leader within the Device Technologies organisation. With an impressive background in medical device sales and leadership, Nat has been an integral part of the Device Technologies Group since 2008, contributing significantly to its growth and success.

Nat’s journey within Device Technologies has been one marked by continuous progression and remarkable achievements. Commencing his tenure with the company in 2008, Nat initially immersed himself in the Theatre Equipment business, showcasing his dedication and expertise. His journey within Device Technologies then took a transformative turn as he transitioned into the field of Robotics. In this realm, Nat took on various roles, starting as a Product Specialist and progressing through to roles such as Capital Sales Manager and Senior Business Manager. His trajectory continued when he assumed the crucial role of General Manager, overseeing and steering the Robotics business unit.

Under Nat’s astute leadership, Device Technologies experienced remarkable outcomes, solidifying its position as an industry leader. His strategic contributions were instrumental in expanding the company's footprint into and across Asia. This stellar performance culminated in Nat’s appointment as Managing Director - Asia in 2022. As a member of the Senior Executive leadership team, Nat now plays a pivotal role in leading the strategic direction of Device Technologies across the Asian region.
